INFO Belgian railways on  www.nmbs.be

  • get off at Essen station

  • when you get out of the station you can:
take our shuttle bus between the station and the Heuvelhal. We try to match this as good as  possible the arrival and departure times of the trains.

  • or
cross the street and turn right opposite the station into Stationsstraat.
you follow this street all the way until it takes a perpendicular bend to the right at the church, and changes its name into Nieuwstraat.
After 100m you will see the town hall on your left. Just past the town hall is the  Heuvelhal , equipped with our banner on the facade.

The walking route is only 1850m, and therefore quite feasible in good weather. It is a varied walk with many shops, restaurants, etc.
